Redox Medicine, which includes redox biology, signaling and targeting, is a new translational paradigm to improve therapies
Dr. Laurent Chatre, CRCN Researcher at Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS) and member of the redox medicine society scientific committee will highlight the role of redox medicine in health and in diseases during Redox Medicine 2023.
Dr. Chatre Stated: "Redox Medicine, which includes redox biology, signaling and targeting, is a new translational paradigm to improve therapies and to uncover novel therapies against many diseases. Redox Medicine aims to fight oxidative distress by improving antioxidant and prooxidant positioning, diet and lifestyle. In addition, Redox Medicine is also an integrative concept which reconciles mitochondria, and microbiota together to increase the potency of this novel medicine whose future is redox precision medicine."
Laurent Chatre is also author of « Sois Tranquille, Respire, Ecoute, et nous te protégerons » (2022, french, Librinova edition), the first popular book that fully presents the involvement of the Reactive Species Interactome in daily life.
