Cancellation & Modification Policies
Modification:
- Online to in person upgrade charges 100€.
- In person to online downgrade offers no money refund.
- You can pass on your registration to a colleague free of charge. Delegate substitution requires an authoriziation letter for the transfer signed by the registered delegate 2 days prior to event starting date.
Cancellation:
- Cancellations must be electronically mailed or postmarked.
- Cancelation received before May 22 midnight - 50% refund, minus 70€ for administrative fees.
- No refund on cancellations made after May 22, 2023.
- Participation fees for the dinner cannot be refunded.
- Bank transfer fees will not be refunded.
